As a key part of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional email and SMS campaigns across our brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your ideas will help shape the future of our customer communications.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work closely with the Senior eCommerce & Marketing Exec to manage and enhance our email marketing activity.
- Create and execute engaging email/SMS campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
- Design, maintain, and optimise email templates to ensure standout communications.
- Take ownership of our marketing automation programme, driving performance and efficiency.
- Oversee and implement A/B testing strategies to improve email performance.
- Develop customer segmentation to ensure timely and relevant messaging.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Digital teams to align messaging and deliver data-led results.
- Analyse campaign performance, spot opportunities, and present insights to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years’ experience in an email/CRM role or within marketing role with email marketing responsibilities.
- Understanding of customer journeys, acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and drag-and-drop email template editors would be advantageous.
- Experience in marketing automation with a keen eye for A/B testing and optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence in using tools like Excel and Analytics.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.
